If the cost is more than the standard dry cleaning or repair fee, upon assessment and at the sole discretion of RaquelC. Luxury Designer Hire, you will be required to pay the difference.
FAQs
The fee charged for each late day beyond your hire period, will be the hire price divided by the number of days you've hired for, up to 120% of the original RRP of the item. For example, if the 4-day hire fee was $100.00, late fees would be charged at $25.00 for each day late.
If the outfit does not fit when you receive it, please notify us no later than 2 hours of receiving it. Please return the outfit and you will receive a credit note. We do have a fitting service whether you’re local or interstate, for further information visit the “book fitting” page.
If you decide to cancel your booking, you will receive a credit note.
We can offer our interstate clients a in-home fitting service which allows you to have any item with you for a period of 24 hours once delivered. This service is $50 + postage. Please note this service is only available for specific items, such as long gowns. Please fill out the enquiry form on the "Book Fitting" page.
