Sizing and Returns

9.1     Nothing in this clause 9 is intended to affect or otherwise limit the operation of your statutory consumer rights.

9.2     Unless otherwise agreed in writing, You must return the Clothing in its original packaging to the Courier on or prior to the Return Date.

9.3     Unless agreed otherwise in writing, if the Clothing is received by the Courier after the Return Date and Time, You will be charged a late return fee of $50 per day, for that day and for every day until the Clothing is received by the Courier.

9.4     If the Clothing is not received by the Courier within 7 days of the Return Date and Time, the Clothing will be deemed lost and clause 7.5 will apply unless You agree to RCLDH collecting the Clothing from You, in which case RCLDH will charge You the cost of collecting the Clothing which will be determined by RCLDH acting reasonably.

9.5     If the Clothing is defective when You receive it (acknowledging that the Clothing may not be in brand new condition and may have been worn previously and subject to fair wear and tear), You are obligated to email accurate and clear photographic evidence of the defect to the RCLDH email on the Website within 4 hours of receiving the Clothing at Your premises.

9.6     The hiring of the sizes of the Clothing is governed by the terms of this Agreement. Sizing measurements are provided for each product on the Website. You must ensure You measure yourself and that your size matches the description on the Website. Size measurements must be thoroughly checked particularly if ordering interstate in order to prevent disappointment.

9.7     If the Clothing does not fit You when You receive it, You must notify RCLDH no later than 2 hours of receiving the Clothing at Your premises and you must return the Clothing in which event you will receive a credit note. No refund will be provided.  

9.8     No refunds are available for any change of mind on or after the Delivery Date.

9.9     You must not remove any tags from the Clothing if the Clothing is defective or does not fit You.

Cancellation of booking

10.1   If you decide to cancel Your booking you will receive a credit note. No refund will be provided.

10.2   RCLDH reserves the right to cancel Your booking at any time before the Clothing is delivered to You if the Clothing is unavailable. If RCLDH cancels the booking, RCLDH agrees to fully refund the Fees paid by You.

10.3   Credit notes due to cancellations are valid for six (6) months from the date of the cancellation after which the credit note will expire.
